Ignite was a complete coming home. I was seen in my humanity, I was seen in my spirituality, I was seen in my queerness, I was seen in my weirdness, my power, my weakness. I finally met my brothers who are both sexy and gay as fuck and also so deep and immersed in the work of healing, conscious connection, spiritual practice and service to others.

I am in love with myself, my life, my sexuality, my spirituality and my queer community. I cannot wait for more and humbly yet eagerly recommend this experience to anyone yearning for a place where sexuality, spirituality and community meet for gay/queer men!

I was fairly nervous going to my first Ignite, but immediately felt warmly welcomed. I feel like I have started to find my faggot family for the first time in my life! Ignite is special.

Ignite was transformational for me. It is rare to find a place where erotic, intimate, physical and spiritual energies can be expressed, explored and honoured within a container where it is safe to be edgy, vulnerable and wholly oneself, including any age, ability, colour and culture, and expression of being male-identified. Ignite offers an incredible menu of enjoyable, helpful, well-prepared and ably organized workshops on an amazing and varied range of topics. The hardest part is selecting the third of the offerings you want to participate in. The best feature is that the offerings continue to change, which means there's great incentive to return and do a whole different bevy of workshops you couldn't experience before. The men, of course, are even better than the menu.

What an astounding event! What a feast of men loving men! Over 3 days there were 27 workshops led by 15 skilled facilitators, all carefully curated to create a profoundly transformational journey exploring a rich variety of ways to create greater authenticity and vulnerability among participants. Ignite makes magic! It creates a safe container for queer men of many colors and ages to explore many kinds of ways of connecting that are real and heartful. There is ample choice of degrees of intimacy. We could explore new ways of connecting, stay within our comfort zone, or push our own edges to expand our intimacy horizons. I find the embodied workshops at Ignite move me into a head space where I make deep connections emotionally and erotically. It is a very safe place to explore and it is not always comfortable. I am OK with a little discomfort. I am challenged at Ignite to be my authentic self and I find it pays off.

I would encourage anyone with a curious spirit who also wants to explore their self-imposed limits to attend IGNITE! The festival is organized in a way that encourages exploring not only your limits, but also how or why you have saddled yourself with them. Pushing limits - whether emotional, physical, or erotic, can be both scary and exciting. I was able to confront my limits in a safe and supportive environment surrounded by men who understood me and wanted as much for me as they did for themselves; and I was proud to be a part of their experience as well.
